HitExchange101.com is the Internet's first and only hit exchange training service. Our clients are essentially joining a school to learn the in's and out's of hit exchange ownership, the following are some terms you should read over before we go any further with your new Hit Exchange business. 1. HitExchange101.com will provide top quality training and consulting to each of its clients. We will take clients, step by step, from domain name registration, to creating a themed exchange, to training and marketing of your program and development of the script as well as hosting. We will provide clients with all the tools to not only build their own program but to help mature it and grow it into a profitable business for years to come. 2. HitExchange101.com will remain the owner of the hit exchange until the fees are paid in full. This is done to protect both parties and to ensure a quality project. If you pay the fees in full, not only do you receive a discount, but you are the owner of the exchange from the point of purchase. If you pay with one of our payment plans, after the fees are paid, then domain and exchange ownership become yours. However, you still receive ALL cash earned from the exchange, even if all fees are not paid! 3. Both parties agree that all training and work done, discussed and address are strictly confidential. 4. At the beginning of the course, Hit Exchange 101 will send an e-mail contract to the client, addressing in full, what will be covered and taught. This is a contract for the client to return, to confirm they understand what is being provided. This is a legal contract and ensures the client's and Hit Exchange 101's protection. 5. If the client is paying in installments but cancels the payments before the fees are paid in full, the funds already paid by the client are non-refundable. As are all fees paid to Hit Exchange 101. 6. Above all else, the client must agree to have fun! Creating a business online is an enjoyable experience, and hit Exchange 101 will do it's best to make this an enjoyable experience for the client!
