Welcome to the newest issue of the Hit Exchange News and this week's 'One To Click On by Jon'.

I posed this question in Net Marketing Forum a few days ago, and the purpose of it was to get some positive discussion started about the hit exchange industry. The question was simple, it was 'So what's it gonna be?' Is the industry going to go up? Will it remain the same? Will is start to decay?

I was curious to know, do we, as an industry and in our infancy, look at hit exchanges as the 'next big thing' in online advertising? Or do we simply cater to a select niche market of business people.

I invite each of you to take part in this discussion. It is both very informative and interesting to read what your peers think about hit exchanges and their future. Even if you don't want to post, please go and have a look. I truly beleive that this industry will grow, but only if the people that are in it RIGHT NOW grow with it.

• Yet another case of customer service or lack there of. Wired Hits is a new exchange with some major support issues which is a shame because it's a performer. Their referral section does'nt seem to register new referrals plus I've received a few e-mails from various HEN readers concerning the e-mail sent to Wired Hits admin, no one is responding. Message to Wired Hits, you've got a good thing going...Please answer your support e-mails!

• The matrix has got you! Hit Fountain has followed in the footsteps of it's big brother Hit Sense and created a forced matrix for their referral program. This is a rarity in hit exchanges to 'force' downline but it seemed to work for Hit Sense. The new matrix for Hit Fountain should help it regain some steam after a few slow months.

• Just a quick note for H.E.N. purposes, my old e-mail address hitexchangenews@rogers.com will no longer be active in a few days. I can now be reached temporarily at hitexchangenews@yahoo.com. I will be setting up new e-mail addresses in the next few weeks.

*LOL* I have to admit, I am not surfing as much as I used to. However, I plan on changing that. I used to surf alot, I would generate hundreds of credits in a few exchanges each day. Some days I would surf for hours upon hours, whole 8 hour sessions but that got to be quite tiresome. Not only did I stop focusing on the sites I was viewing, my arm would cramp and even start to pain.

A good idea of how much to surf is what you feel comfortable with. It's important to remain active in all the hit exchanges, but you do not need to click for hours upon hours. Maybe 30 minutes a day to an hour, in a handful of your favorite exchanges. And then switch the next day and surf some different programs. That way you are getting credits in all exchanges, and it spreads it out.

When it first came out, it was Traffic Olympics. Because of trademark concerns, the Olympics became a Meet. Did it suffer? Nope, it actually made this program one of the more active exchanges online.

New Exchange of the Week - Exchange Pilot

Great news, an ex-auto surf program that did a complete 180 and is now a manual hit exchange!
