Welcome to the newest issue of the Hit Exchange News and this week's 'One To Click On by Jon'.
The big number 5-0! And it figures that this issue of H.E.N. is about 12 hours late. I appologize to everyone for the late delivery of this week's issue. I re-installed my operating system late last night and found out that my floppy drive was corrupted. To make a long story short, I could not install my drivers for my network card, thus not allowing me to get online.
All's well and I'm back up and running with a super smooth computer. Word to the wise, re-install your operating system every few months, you will be shocked on how well a fresh computer will work. With that in mind, here's a great resource for everyone to check out, it's courtesy of Joshua Ditty at Four Points Cardinal. He lists some of the best ways to rid your computer of those nasty spy ware programs.
Folks, chances are pretty good that the more time you spend online you run the risk of either catching a virus or getting one of those spy ware programs downloaded onto your computer. Trust me, it's not as bad as it seems (unless you don't back up your system). Simply protect your computer by doing regular tests and scans, you'll be in the clear. Here's the site!
Get ready for another issue of HEN, as this week there are some MAJOR announcements!
Thank you so much for being a subscriber and I hope you enjoy this issue!
Jon =)

- It's here, sort of! After a few weeks of anticipation, Hit Pulse's brand new hit exchange Traffic Syndicate 25 has been released to the public. This hit exchange promises to be as big a launch as Clicks Matrix was a few months back. The 'official' launch date is August 1st, but get in now and be ready for this program. It's going to be big!
- Another great feature was recently launched by Traffic Roundup only a few hours ago. You now have the ability to CHOOSE whether or not you want to hear audio, see pop ups or view rotators. This is a great move and gives members even more value to their membership. As far as I know, this is the first exchange to offer this feature.
- Congratulations to Hit Safari! They have been added to the list of the Hit Exchange News Awards of Excellence! Still only a few months old, this hit exchange continues to perform week after week and if you've ever surfed it, you know this is one of the best online!
- A little concern of mine. If you're an exchange owner, and don't want to allow rotators, fine, I totally respect and honor that decision. But why do you OFFER free rotators with you hit exchange but do not allow them into your system? Seems like a contradiction to me?
- The next Traffic Swarm??? I'm not sure what this kind of program should be called, but this does look to me like a brand new Traffic Swarm type exchange. Here's proof that exchange owners are becoming much more creative with all their ideas and Ad 4 Hits looks to be a very good one at that!

| Deep Thoughts - Wanna buy hits? |
|
Hit exchanges operate on this golden rule, traffic must be exchanged. Without traffic flow, these programs simply do not work. You have to have people surfing the programs for the exchange to 'look good' on paper. And for the hit exchange owners, the better the traffic flow, the better chance they have to sell credits.
Selling credits, this is how exchange owners pay their server bills and continue to provide us with their program. Over the past week there has been some discussion in the Net Marketing Forum about re-selling the traffic from the surfers. Basically when this happens, the hit exchange owner is denied profit from those credits.
On the other hand, those are credits which needed to be 'moved' anyways, and the more traffic that is flowing the better the exchange can perform. So where does this leave us? Should hit exchange users definately pay for all traffic directly from the exchange itself? Or are those credits, earned by surfers through either surfing or referral commissions allowed to be used however the surfer sees fit?
You may draw your own conclusions, because believe me, this is a very divided topic. I think exchange credits should be sold by the exchange owners. I run a co-op and buy all my hits from the owners of the programs and I know how hard it is to make real income running a hit exchange.
Yes, exchange owners should profit from all traffic purchases but the fact is that traffic will sell no matter what limitations we put on it. I guess it's an ethical issue, one of which may never have a definative answer but here's hoping owners and surfers can prosper from traffic sales and traffic flow!
Here are some of the best hit exchanges to buy hits from, not only for quality but for price as well! Cash Clicking, Traffic Meet, EasyHits4U , ClicksMatrix , Traffic Roundup , Mystical Maze, and Wolf Surfer. This is just a small list, but if you are thinking of buying hits, at good prices and high quality, these are definately some of the best programs to do so!

| Program Review - Hits Central |
|
In the great abyss which we like to call the hit exchange industry are programs that have never disappeared, just remained relatively silent. Hits Central is an exchange which has been around for quite some time and has constantly delivered hit after hit (mind you it's been very slow at times).
This program has be re-designed with a fresh new look and traffic flow has picked up quite nicely. Hits Central is a very basic hit exchange. No fancy bells or whistles, just hits. This does work for some exchanges but hopefully the owners of this program can add spice to it. Perhaps some 'visable' cheat prevention would'nt hurt either.
The exchnage is very easy to use and has a decent look to it, again there just seems to be that extra feature or two that could make this a very good program. Still Hits Central has to be commended for still delivering traffic at a steady pace and keeping it simple!

| New Exchange of the Week - Hitz Up |
|
Pre-launch? Already launched? Going to be launched? Not ready for launch?
There's about 4 different levels of 'launch' that this new hit exchange has gone through, or is going through , I'm not sure. But I do know it's safe to let you know about it. It's using the ever popular PHP Lite script and adds some of it's own spice to create Hitz Up.
Apparently there's some kind of forced matrix program that goes along with it if you upgrade, and while this may entice some, it does deliver the hits quite nicely. These scripts are great at keeping the traffic flowing and Hitz Up looks to be a solid addition to the exchange industry. Very cool looking program!
