Welcome to the newest issue of the Hit Exchange News and this week's 'One To Click On by Jon'.

I'm doing things a little different this week. I'm going to talk about something I rarely if ever do in this e-zine, my hit exchange. As many of you know, I own ILoveHits.com. I am very proud of this program and am so happy with the new look and design of this exchange.

I want to reward all the readers of Hit Exchange News by offering some free hits!

The News

It looks like pro only hit exchanges are becoming more and more popular each month! Traffic Exchange Business is the latest in the line of successful pro only exchanges that have recently been launched. This program had 100 members join in the first day alone, that is very impressive for a pro only exchange. Time will tell if it can deliver the hits, but it looks good so far!
Happy birthday and congratulations to The Hit Exchange Report! The popular hit exchange ranking program turned two years old this past week. This is still one of the most valued and respected hit exchange rankings around, which has made it so valuable to the industry! Thanks to the Traffic Hoopla team for providing this informative report each and every week!
A brand new e-zine was launched recently that has been giving great weekly reviews of the hit exchange industry and programs within it. The Weekly Networker is a fresh new e-zine that covers all areas of the marketing industry, but has some great features on the hit exchanges we use everyday. It's great to see so much positive coverage for hit exchanges across the internet...Keep it coming!
Tsunami Gold launched this week with great expectations for this new program. With the implementation of the Money Legs offline classified ad campaigns and all the new affiliates this program should generate, it will be a good month for the hit exchange industry as a whole. The future of hit exchanges will be the promotion of them offline, in my opinion.

Top 10 List

This week's results are based on traffic statistics (unique hits, page views, hits remaining, hits delivered) and if the exchange delivered results (sign ups). The industry changes just like in the real world, so an exchange may not be on the list this week, but will be number 1 next week! Discuss this week's Top 10 list in the Net Marketing Forum!

Deep Thoughts - Top 10 List Version 2.0

The new Top 10 List has been expanded as you can see. I am still keeping the Top 10 list intact but from now on I will be featuring 5 more exchanges each week. Here is an outline of the new listings;

Most Improved Exchange of the Week - Is just that. The hit exchange that may have not have been listed but had a very impressive week. This can be awarded for new site design, more referrals generated, more traffic delivered or improved support.

Quickest Delivery of Hits - Which exchange delivers your traffic at top speeds. This exchange, like all listed, may or may not be in the Top 10 list or the Bubbling Under list as well.

Most Unique Hits - Not how I judge whether or not a hit exchange is performing, but good stats to know nonetheless. This exchange would have delivered over 100 hits a week to be listed.

Top Pro-Only Exchange of the Week - More and more pro only exchanges are coming online, it's time to honor these exchanges as well.

Jon's Pick of The Week - The hit exchange I just had a blast surfing this past week. This is my opinion, just which program I had fun with during the last 7 days. Just a fun way to feature a great program!

I just want to let everyone know, the Top 10 list is based on a lot of factors. I get a lot of feedback from some program owners because I don't state how I come up with the Top 10 list. This list is NOT only about numbers, I rank the Top 10 list each and every week on how many hits have been served (total), how many new subscribers it has generated, how quick the traffic was sent, and which programs I feel delivered the most results for my time online.

Is this the most scientific way of doing things? Nope, I never claimed it to be. Yes, a lot of this is my opinion, but I'm a strong believer in opinions. I have a forum dedicated to hearing and sharing opinions, and H.E.N. is no different.

The Top 10 list and the new lists are just a guide. It's programs that have worked for me, and I know they will work for you too! Keep on clicking, and I hope you enjoy the new lists!

Program Review - Click Ranch

A new script can do wonders for a lot of exchanges, trust me, I know how it can turn things around. Click Ranch is one of those programs that got a facelift, a new script and for lack of a better term, a new life.

Powered by the TCN Exchange Script, Click Ranch is a solid program. This exchange is so easy to use, and a breeze to navigate through the member's section. You can add and remove URLs without having to fumble with your settings, you can convert your credits into banner impressions very easily as well, the entire members area is very user friendly.

A few weeks ago, this exchange was delivering traffic very quickly but it has slowed down. As more people come back to the Ranch and more members start surfing this exciting program again, traffic flow should sky rocket.

Give this program another month or two, and I'm guessing it will be one of the better performing programs online.

Things That Make You Go...Hmmm? (A 'Different' Look at the Industry!)

A program called Mc Donald's Funds was released this past week and then shut down almost immediately. The program stole the Mc Donald restaurant image, Golden Arches, and good ol' Ronald McDonald himself. They pasted his picture on the front page and told people to 'invest' in the program. Not a very Mc Happy Day for the few hundred people that fell for this scheme. Hmmmm.....
Wow, is Hit Safari one of the best hit exchanges online these days or what? Hmmmm.....
